He loves to go on hikes, play with his people, go out to pet stores, and LOVES the water. His foster mom thinks he wishes he was a fish in another life. Rocket has even been swimming in a river and loved it so much it was hard to get him back out of the water when it was time to leave. Rocket is mostly potty trained if kept to a schedule, but he is still a puppy even if he is a big puppy! Otherwise Rocket is a shining example of a dog that enjoys training. He knows sit, down, wait, touch, twirl (clockwise), spin (counter clockwise), crate, waiting in his crate until released, and he has the beginnings of a nice heel/loose leash walk. Rocket's foster mom absolutely adores this lovable pup and reports that he equally loves everyone he meets. His rambunctious energy may be a little much for smaller children, but he loves children of all sizes. For this reason we are suggesting children older than 7 in his potiential home. (Lest they be knocked over with all the affection Rocket has to offer. ) Rocket is also dog friendly and dog-savvy cat friendly. He loves his foster dog siblings and plays well with them.
