LOCATED IN NJ!! Silk is 3 years old, 65lbs and heart worm negative. She is fully vetted and a loving dog. This beautiful Standard Poodle lost everything when tragedy struck her family. After her dad passed away, her heartbroken mom had no choice but to move in with relatives to care for her three young children. Sadly, they couldn't have pets, and this sweet girl was surrendered. Despite losing her home, she has never lost her gentle spirit. She is incredibly sweet, humble, and affectionate. She walks beautifully on a leash, is completely house-trained, and has wonderful manners. She adores children, gets along beautifully with other dogs, and is even cat-friendly. She simply wants to be near her people and be loved again. As a Standard Poodle, she also has the added bonus of being low-shedding, making her a wonderful companion for many families. She isn't looking for perfection. She's looking for a second chance. If you have room in your heart and home, you'll gain a loyal best friend who will love you with everything she has.
