Sweets came to rescue from a breeder release and spent her time in foster care doing what she does best: caring for others. Not only did she lovingly raise her own puppies, but when another litter of orphaned puppies needed a mom, Sweets stepped right in and helped nurse and care for them as if they were her own. She has the gentlest heart and the sweetest, most nurturing personality. While Sweets can be a little shy when meeting new people, she warms up quickly with a little patience and kindness. Once she knows shes safe, her loving, affectionate personality shines through. She gets along wonderfully with everyone she meets, people and other dogs alike—and has such an easygoing, peaceful nature. Her foster mom says she has an old soul, and its the perfect way to describe this calm, gentle girl. Sweets is house trained when kept on a consistent schedule and sleeps quietly in her crate each night.
